When not working on Hildegard, the trio of Mulcahy, Presnell, and Yazijian often joined together to brood, hum and intoxicate. The result, ½ of which was recorded in a primitive cabin, is a release which swerves through the minor chords of British folk, the drone plateau of krautrock, and the halcyon days of early 90’s noise. The record is a sublime blend of free folk, eastern drone, and psych, unlike anything offered by his contemporaries.

The works revolve around a place, a home, and how modern forces encroach upon the place, the home, the family. It is a sober, beautiful rumination on the end of an era, a beautiful study of the pastoral. Fiddle drones, melancholy ballads, free-folk guitar explorations, homemade hubcap dobro tunes.
