Side one is an opiate-fueled, late-night bellydance groove and side two is a meditative/explosive Lovecraft-inspired hymn slathered in sawbones viola. Plenty of aimless, warbly crooning all around. Incredibly ambitious home-recorded prog instrumentals in the vain of late-80s SST bands nobody has ever listened to. Thad Watson, who played bass on Warmer Milks' Radish on Light (TMU, 2006), is the sole instrumentalist behind these obscure grooves. Recommended for the three people who were really into the First Attempt CDr, and anyone who's into "that guitar tone."
